During the process of cytokinesis, the two cell organelles such as endosomal vesicles and golgi-derived vesicles carry cell membrane and cell wall components that do subsequent fusion to form an initial tubule vesicular network at the center of the cell before the formation of the cell plate.

After the plate starts to grow outward to the parental plasma membrane from the center of the cell and where they will start to fuse and complete their cell division with the formation of a new cell wall. This cell plate is now mainly dependent on phragmoplast, but once the cell plate reaches the plasma membrane and fuses, the phragmoplast starts to disappear.

The structure that is formed surrounding the cell, one boundary exterior of the cell membrane is called the cell wall. During the cell division, the cell again divides and forms a new cell wall that is separated from the parental cell which is commonly known as a cell plate.

How is the cell wall formed from the cell plate?

It can be achieved by squeezing the vesicle into a dumbbell-shaped tubule vesicle also known as the VTV structure with the help of phragmoplast. The structure can be fused at both ends and create a honeycomb-like tubular vesicular structure. After the end, the fusion of this both vesicles initiates the cell plate which means a new cell wall forms.
