Platanus

Platanus is a deciduous, monoecious plant meaning both male and female flowers grow separately in the same plant. The male have 3-8 stamens and the female has a supirior ovary with 3-7 carpals. Mulberry

Ficus

Ficus or generally Known as fig tree belongs to the family Moraceae, having more than 850 species under the genus. The inflorescence of ficus enclosed in an urn -like structure known as synconium. Ananas

Ananas or pineapple is a herbaceous perennial plant, belonging to the family Bromeliaceae. The plant consists of spike-like inflorescence having 100 spirally arranged trimerous flowers. It is a perennial plant that produces white or pink coloured flowers at the time of late spring to early summer. The flower is about 2–3 cm in length, and consists of five petals each. Dewberry

Magnolia

Magnolia is a flowering plant belongs to the family Magnoliaceae. The fruit of Magnolia is also one of the most common compound fruit examples. In the spring season the plant bear bowl shaped or star shaped white, pink, purple, green or yellow in colour. Liriodendron tulipifera

Manoranjitham or Arta­botrys hexapetalus is a plant belonging to the family Annonaceae. It is also called ylang-ylang vine or tail grape. The plant bears colourful flowers which are specially Known for  their exotic fragrance. Its fruit of Manoranjitham is a compound fruit, consisting of several drupelets in it.
